- Open Registry Editor by typing " REGEDIT " in the run prompt .
- Now click on Edit ---> Find in the top file menu .
- A dialog window will open as shown in the figure . Type "Recycle Bin" and click on Find Next .
- Now in the right side pane , Double click on Default , and Replace the text in the dialog Box with the new name .
- Click OK and close the registry editor.
- Now refresh your desktop and you can find your recycle bin renamed.
