Blogger title SEO tip

Did you ever observe that by default in blogspot , title of blog appears ahead of post title !! When your post appears in search engine results , that won't be much attractive . Your post will appear to be quite relevant even to users when post title appears before blog title .

For e.g Before this tweak , your blog will appear as follows in search engine results..

After this tweak , it will be as follows .
How to remove autoplay from right click menu of Harddisk ? :Technade

So how can you achieve this ?

• Login to blogger DashBoard and navigate as follows . Layout --> Edit HTML .
• Now find the following line in the code .
<title><data:blog.title/></title>
• Replace the above line with the following lines .

<b:if cond='data:blog.pageType == "item"'>
<title><data:blog.pageName/> - <data:blog.title/></title>
<b:else/>
<title><data:blog.pageTitle/></title>
</b:if>

• Save the template and you are done .
