Ads placement

Some of my friends who are new to this blogging are not able to understand where i did place my ads.....Here im posting the screen shots of where the ads re placed in the blog[THe ads can be textual or image] .Being contextual ads they appear to you as text most of the times.The ads are placed in three places.One on the top of first post..on of the left side bar below the google search,on the right side below the RSS feed buttons..i rounded the locations where the ads are placed.
